We take your order with us very seriously – you can take peace of mind from having a dedicated Project Manager who will oversee the process from receipt of purchase order all the way through manufacturing, and onto shipping and delivery. Our Project Management remit covers: project scheduling, Risk Assumptions Issues Dependencies Opportunities (RAIDO) analysis, stakeholder management (RACI Analysis), Through-Life Support (RMAs, SLAs and repair). Our Project Managers are accountable for overall execution, management and delivery of a project, and are on-hand 24/7 to guide your order through to completion.
Every one of our projects are assigned with a Project Management Dashboard that will are reviewed and sent to the client after each project milestone is achieved. The Dashboard will measure current project performance against KPI’s, created and agreed upon receipt of a client Purchase Order, and will include: Milestone Performance (RAG Status), Risk Status, Overall Project Health Status. By Q4 2018, infiLED EM will be sharing with our partners a Project Charter – this will demonstrate our commitment and outline our strategy for successful project delivery; both on fixed and leased installations.
