A recent graduate of Swansea University, Sam is in charge of Customer Support, managing the client relationship and ensuring a smooth and issue-free experience upon completed delivery. Officially infiLED EM’s first employee in 2016, Sam was originally employed in marketing and business development and his natural affinity and interest in the technical side of the business has driven his move through several departments and gaining experience in a number of roles before settling as Customer Support Manager.?
